You’ll drive technical excellence, mentor talent, and align development with the long-term architecture vision, collaborating with Product, Architects, and other Team Leads.

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with leadership of engineering teams.
• Strong Java/Spring Boot background and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD and event-driven systems.
• Proficiency with modern cloud platforms and messaging systems.
• Experience with Kotlin and front-end frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; aligned with business goals.
• Bachelor's degree (HBO/WO) or equivalent; fluent in English; Netherlands-based.
