Get-e is a fast-growing B2B travel tech company based in Amsterdam, building a fully managed 24/7 platform that powers crew transport and related services globally. You will join an international team with 30+ nationalities, shaping scalable backend systems and delivering high-availability SaaS products.

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will own end-to-end integrations, build new features, and ensure robust testing and code quality.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience with PHP and/or Java (proficient in one, hands-on with the other).
• Commercial experience with Laravel and/or SpringBoot frameworks (proficient in one, hands-on with the other).
• Solid experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL; understanding transactions and isolation levels.

Responsibilities

• Build new features and integrations with third-party systems you don’t control.
• Own end-to-end integration and ship your own work to production.
• Perform improvements, investigations and bug fixes to ensure system reliability.
• Create and maintain automated tests for robust software.
• Help refine user stories and tasks to be actionable.
• Maintain clear, efficient code structure based on best practices and Domain-Driven Design.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality.
• Ensure proper separation of domains and promote low coupling in the codebase.
