Job summary

Infinized invites a Senior Software Engineer (the human kind) to join our team in Den Bosch. You’ll focus on building production-grade web applications with a strong backend in PHP and a modern TypeScript frontend, ensuring reliability and scalability in real-time customer interactions.

You’ll ship small, test-driven features, work with AI-assisted tooling, and own critical flows from queues to API design. If you care about security, performance, and clear code, you’ll feel at home here.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building web applications in production.
• Strong backend in PHP with modern framework.
• Front-end proficiency in TypeScript and modern web stacks.
• Experience with queues, idempotency and reliable processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop the engine that routes every incoming message to the correct colleague and returns real-time responses.
• Integrate with 70+ external services (e.g., Exact Online, Shopify, Microsoft 365) with secure credentials.
• Implement and enforce approval flows before critical actions.
• Ensure knowledge grounding so outputs reference sources.
• Build flows, dashboards and a public API for customer integrations.
• Plan for voice calls and other future digital colleague features.
