Job summary

Aizy B.V. is looking for a Backend Developer to join our Breda office to build features end-to-end for our SaaS platform. You’ll work on integrations with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, ChatGPT, and more, delivering reliable data processing and AI-powered automation.

You will contribute to building dashboards, optimizing queries, and ensuring secure handling of customer data while collaborating closely with a growing team in Breda. Dutch language in meetings is expected.

Qualifications

At Aizy, we build software that helps agencies and webshops manage their online advertising. Our platform collects campaign results, makes recommendations using AI, and can automatically execute changes in ad accounts.

We're looking for a developer who can build features independently, from database to screen. Someone who enjoys thinking along about the product and likes figuring out, together with a growing team, how things can be done better.

What you'll be doing

You’ll work on our own SaaS platform, with integrations to Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, ChatGPT, and more. For example, you’ll build an automation that adjusts ad budgets based on results, including the basic screen where the customer sets conditions and can see what’s been executed.

• Build integrations with advertising platforms and process campaign data.

• Develop dashboards that let customers track their spend, conversions, and ROI.

• Extend our AI assistant, which analyzes data and helps customers prepare and execute changes.

• Keep the platform reliable: from fast queries to preventing duplicate executions and properly separating customer data.

You’ll think along on the approach, build the solution, and follow how it works in practice. Because our software can adjust ad budgets, we pay a lot of attention to checks, clear confirmations, and visibility into what’s happening.

Our stack and way of working

The backend runs on Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL. On the frontend we work with TypeScript, SvelteKit, Tailwind, and TanStack Query. We use Docker for the development environment.

We work daily with AI agents like Claude Code and Codex. We’re looking for someone for whom AI is a natural part of development, who keeps up with what’s possible and enjoys trying out what works.

You’ll get the space and encouragement to use AI tools extensively — to test ideas faster, build features, and solve tricky problems. We want to discover together how much more productive we can become with them. You keep the overview and judge the quality of the result.

• You have experience independently building and maintaining web applications.

• You have a solid foundation in Python and have worked with FastAPI or a similar framework.

• You can work with TypeScript and a modern frontend framework. You don’t need to be a designer.

• You understand databases and can figure out why a query is slow.

• You take authorization, customer data, and the impact of changes into account.

• You embrace AI as part of your craft and actively look for ways to work better and faster with it.

• You enjoy working with colleagues in our office in Breda.

• Dutch is our working language in the office. You speak and understand it well enough to easily join in meetings, technical discussions, and casual conversations.

• You don’t need to already know our entire stack. We’re mainly interested in hearing what you’ve built, what choices you made, and what you learned from them.
