Job summary

Doghouse Recruitment seeks a Senior Azure Platform Engineer in Eindhoven to build a self-service Azure platform for mission-critical workloads. The role focuses on refactoring an ERP system, designing Azure infrastructure, and automating CI/CD processes with IaC.

You will guide architecture decisions, ensure high availability, and work with a team in a fast-paced, open-source–leaning environment. €80k–€110k base, with 8% holiday allowance and 2 days WFH included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software engineering, several of them on Azure at scale.
• Experience designing and building cloud platforms at more than one organization.
• Experience with multi-region and global setups, connectivity, identity, and security boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Refactor a 30-year-old ERP system and own the CI/CD architecture.
• Design Azure infrastructure and automate all deployment processes.
• Build self-service functionality within Azure and advise on architecture matters.
• Guide the infrastructure team on Platform Engineering best practices and IaC usage.
• Ensure SLO/SLA requirements and 99.9%+ availability for critical workloads.
