Job summary

GreenFlux in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to advance automation and standardization of our Azure DevOps and cloud landscape. You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Development, Operations and Product teams to improve deployment processes, promote IaC practices, and ensure secure, scalable platform operations.

This hands-on role expects ownership, clear communication, and the ability to drive technical standardization across teams, while documenting work

Qualifications

Senior-level hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Azure cloud services.
Experience with YAML pipelines and CI/CD automation.
Experience with IaC using Bicep and reusable modules.
Knowledge of Azure networking concepts and Managed Identity.
Strong PowerShell scripting and security mindset.
Excellent troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration.
Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

Support, maintain and improve the Azure DevOps environment with focus on automation and security.
Design, implement and maintain reusable CI/CD pipelines using YAML.
Improve pipeline consistency across projects with multi-repo patterns.
Apply Infrastructure as Code with Bicep; prioritize reusable modules.
Contribute to deployment process modernization across products and teams.
Support Managed Identity adoption across resources and workflows.
Work on Azure networking topics (VNets, VPN Gateway, Private DNS).
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.
Collaborate with dev teams to troubleshoot Azure DevOps and deployments.
Document best practices and infrastructure standards.
Stay up to date with Azure DevOps best practices and drive improvements.
