Job summary

ITSync Group is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Delivery Lead in Amsterdam to own regulatory reporting workstreams within an international Financial Markets setting. You will drive change initiatives from impact assessment through successful implementation while coordinating with Front Office, Product Management, Operations, Technology and Compliance.

The role focuses on translating MiFIR, MiFID II, EMIR and SFTR requirements into practical solutions across Luxembourg and future China

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Financial Markets products and how they move through the trade lifecycle.
• Experience with regulatory transaction reporting and regulatory change in Financial Markets.
• Ability to manage projects, dependencies and timelines with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory reporting projects and change initiatives from initiation to implementation.
• Drive international initiatives involving Luxembourg and upcoming China-related work.
• Act as the regulatory reporting SPOC between Front Office, Product Management, Operations, Technology and Compliance.
• Translate MiFIR, EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR requirements into actionable business and functional specs.
• Assess business and technology changes and their impact on reporting.
• Perform data analysis, assess reporting dependencies and data lineage for issues.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery including testing, UAT and production readiness.
• Manage stakeholders and drive decisions to close delivery gaps.
• Identify and improve reporting processes to reduce regulatory risk and improve efficiency.
