Made Relevant B.V. is seeking a Senior Workflow Engineer to architect end-to-end automation systems for clients in logistics, distribution, and B2B SaaS. You will own delivery from discovery through production handoff and translate operational pain into scalable engineering solutions.

The role offers fully remote work within EU timezones or a hybrid setup from our Amsterdam studio. Salary range is €85K–€115K plus equity, with 30 days PTO and tooling budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production automation, integration, or workflow engineering.
• Strong opinions about the boundary between human work and machine work.
• Comfortable inside the customer’s stack, not inside a vendor sandbox.
