Job summary

Amgen Breda is seeking a Sr Associate Supply Chain - Hub Operations DRP to manage order execution, transportation planning, and stock availability across the global network. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize distribution, ensure GDP compliance, and lead process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and at least 3 years in GDP-regulated supply chain ops, plus strong analytical skills, ERP experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in GDP-regulated supply chain operations.
• Solid understanding of ERP and experience in order-to-cash processes.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate within an international team.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Understanding of logistics, GDP compliance, and stock management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Availability outside office hours on an ad hoc basis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute shipments ensuring timely distribution per policy and customer needs.
• Book transportation and coordinate logistics for internal customers.
• Maintain relationships with regional supply chain teams, DCs, and QA.
• Ensure stock availability by supervising inventory with regional teams.
• Identify supply chain issues and implement proactive solutions.
• Lead meetings and projects to improve order management and performance.
• Review KPIs and contribute to monthly reporting.
• Ensure GMP/GDP compliance and keep job training up to date.
• Act as SME in cross-functional supply chain projects.
