Job summary

Amgen Inc. (IR) Breda, Netherlands, is seeking a Sr Associate Supply Chain to join the GDH EMEA Reverse Logistics & Operations team.

You will drive compliant distribution activities, handleReturns and Track & Trace, and lead continuous improvement projects across a global network. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field, experience in a regulated industry, strong English communication, and a proven ability to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain or related area.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Execute reliable day-to-day Reverse Logistics & Operations across EMEA (Returns, Distribution Complaints, Track & Trace).
• Act as SME for assigned processes and support audits, inspections, and business continuity.
• Maintain controlled documents, process docs, training materials, and quality system records.
• Train staff and develop training material.
• Represent the team in cross-functional projects and present KPI performance.
• Investigate, own and close distribution complaints at first-time right level.
• Coordinate with Third Party Logistics Providers and internal stakeholders to resolve service issues.
