Job summary

Super Micro, located in ’s-Hertogenbosch, Noord-Brabant, is seeking an assembly worker to join its production line. You’ll work Monday to Friday across morning, day, or afternoon shifts with a 15% shift allowance, enjoying weekends completely free and a supportive, diverse team.

You’ll assemble server parts, ensure quality, and be the final check before worldwide delivery. The role offers long-term stability and opportunities to grow with the company.

Qualifications

Experience as a production worker or assembly worker.
High school diploma.
Good English to communicate with the international team.

Make sure every server works perfectly and is ready for the customers.
Work in a tidy, clean and organized environment with a friendly team of international colleagues.
With your sharp eye for detail and handy skills, you'll build each server with great care.
You'll collaborate with colleagues from different backgrounds and learn from their skills.

What are you going to do?

As an assembly worker, you'll be on the production line, putting together server parts. You'll work Monday to Friday, choosing either themorning shift (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM), day shift ( 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) or the afternoon shift + 15% shift allowance(2:30 PM - 10:30 PM).

Your weekends will be completely free – time to relax and recharge!
