Job summary

Prodrive Technologies zoekt een High-Tech Assembly Technician in Eindhoven om modules en systemen te assembleren in een innovatieve productieomgeving.

De rol vereist hands-on ervaring in assemblage en een goed begrip van technische instructies, met gelegenheid tot ontwikkeling en carrièremogelijkheden binnen verschillende functies. Er zijn 2 werkshifts, met gratis lunch en diner en toegang tot een fitnessruimte.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in assemblage, productie, manufactur­ing of soortgelijk hands-on technisch werk.
• In staat om technische instructies te lezen en op te volgen.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels.

Responsibilities

• Voert multì‑disciplinair assemblagewerk uit, inclusief mechanische, elektrische en software-gerelateerde taken.
• Gebruikt handgereedschap, schroevendraaiers en koppelingsgereedschap voor modules en systemen.
• Roulleert kabels en kabelbundels met precisie.
• Voert testen en inspecties uit voor hoogwaardige productkwaliteit.
• Rapporteert afwijkingen en ondersteunt continu kwaliteitsverbeteringen op de werkvloer.
• Volgt ESD-, veiligheids- en 5S-richtlijnen strikt toe.

What you will do

As a High-Tech Assembly Technician, no two days are exactly the same. In a nutshell, you will:

• Perform multi-disciplinary assembly tasks, combining mechanical, electrical, and software-adjacent elements.
• Use hand tools, power screwdrivers, and torque wrenches to accurately assemble modules and systems.
• Route and bundle cables and wire harnesses with great precision.
• Execute testing and inspection activities to guarantee the highest product quality.
• Report any deviations and actively support continuous quality improvements on the shop floor.
• Follow ESD, safety, and 5S guidelines meticulously to maintain a safe working environment.

Who you are

We are looking for a quality-focused team player with a keen eye for detail. A technical education is not strictly required; your relevant practical experience is equally valued! Furthermore, you bring:

• Experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, or similar hands-on technical work.
• A solid understanding of assembly processes and the ability to read and follow technical instructions.
• Experience working with various hand tools and measurement equipment.
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• The willingness to work in a weekly 2-shift schedule (Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:15 / Afternoon shift: 14:15 - 23:00, with an early weekend start on Fridays at 20:30).
• Good communication skills in English to thrive in our international environment.
