Job summary

Prodrive Technologies zoekt een High-Tech Assembly Technician in Eindhoven om modules en systemen samen te stellen in een geavanceerde productieomgeving.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in assemblage/ productie/ fabricage of vergelijkbaar hands-on technisch werk.
• In staat technisch instructies te lezen en te volgen.
• Ervaring met diverse handgereedschappen en meetapparatuur.
• In staat zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.

Responsibilities

• Voert multi-disciplinair assemblatiewerk uit; mechanisch, elektrisch en software-gerelateerd.
• Gebruikt handgereedschap, elektrische schroevendraaiers en momentdialers voor het assembleren.
• Richt kabels en bekabeling nauwkeurig aan.
• Voert testen en inspecties uit om productkwaliteit te waarborgen.
• Rapporteert afwijkingen en ondersteunt continue kwaliteitsverbeteringen op de werkvloer.
• Volgt ESD-, veiligheids- en 5S-richtlijnen strikt op.

What you will do

As a High-Tech Assembly Technician, no two days are exactly the same. In a nutshell, you will:

• Perform multi-disciplinary assembly tasks, combining mechanical, electrical, and software-adjacent elements.
• Use hand tools, power screwdrivers, and torque wrenches to accurately assemble modules and systems.
• Route and bundle cables and wire harnesses with great precision.
• Execute testing and inspection activities to guarantee the highest product quality.
• Report any deviations and actively support continuous quality improvements on the shop floor.
• Follow ESD, safety, and 5S guidelines meticulously to maintain a safe working environment.

Who you are

We are looking for a quality-focused team player with a keen eye for detail. A technical education is not strictly required; your relevant practical experience is equally valued! Furthermore, you bring:

• Experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, or similar hands-on technical work.
• A solid understanding of assembly processes and the ability to read and follow technical instructions.
• Experience working with various hand tools and measurement equipment.
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• The willingness to work in a weekly 2-shift schedule (Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:15 / Afternoon shift: 14:15 - 23:00, with an early weekend start on Fridays at 20:30).
• Good communication skills in English to thrive in our international environment.
