Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Staff Application Security Engineer who will design secure SDLCs, lead threat modeling, and drive security across APIs, SDKs, and cloud systems. You will build reusable security patterns, integrate AI-assisted testing, and collaborate with engineering to remediate vulnerabilities at scale.

You will own security tooling in CI/CD, advance AI-first security approaches, and mentor engineers while shaping the security roadmap and participating in vendor assessments.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in software/security engineering, with 5+ years in application security.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) with security requirements, threat modeling, secure code reviews, and pre-release testing integrated into engineering workflows.
