Job summary

Cloetta is recruiting a Senior Application Specialist for Global IT. The role focuses on developing and supporting solutions in Infor CloudSuite and related applications, collaborating with process experts to capture requirements and deliver end-to-end improvements.

You will join a global IT team with offices across Europe, and work in a hybrid environment with travel to sites as needed. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT/SCM and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in IT, Science, Business or related field.
• 10+ years experience in IT and/or supply chain management, preferably FMCG.
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience with Infor CloudSuite and/or OMP Unison Planning is a plus.
• Ability to think end-to-end and be process-oriented.
• Pro-active, self-motivated and well-organized.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

As Senior Application Specialist you will report to our Head of Application Management and be a key member of the AM team, which is part of a global IT team with over 30 colleagues in our offices and factories spread across Europe. You will play a pivotal role in developing and supporting our solutions in Infor CloudSuite and integrated applications. Collaboration with stakeholders and process specialists to understand business requirements is part of the daily work. You will lead and participate in projects initiated by the business or by Global IT, always focusing on improving the ways‑of‑working and end‑to‑end perspective and in the end supporting Cloetta’s company goals and competitive advantage using existing systems and the latest automation technology, AI and RPA.

You will be a vital part of Cloetta’s ongoing transformation project for end‑to‑end planning to set future ways of working and deliver business value. You will get an excellent opportunity to combine deep technical knowledge in combination with business improvements and end user experience.

You will be located in one of our offices in Malmö (SE) or Breda (NL) and you will travel to our offices and factories in Europe where applicable. We have a hybrid work environment where you will have the possibility to work from home remotely.

Your position

Qualifications

• University education with a degree in IT, Science, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience (10+ years) within IT and/or Supply Chain Management, preferably within an FMCG company.
• Good communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience from Infor CloudSuite, OMP Unison Planning and/or similar advanced supply planning platforms is a plus.
• The ability to think end‑to‑end, process‑oriented, and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for details.
• Pro‑active, self‑motivated and well‑organized.
• Fluent in Swedish or Dutch. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
