Job summary

Extenda Retail is seeking an Application Consultant to work with clients across logistics, retail and e-commerce, translating their needs into functional requirements that shape our WMS/ERP solutions. You will act as a product expert, helping clients understand and maximize the value of our cloud-based warehouse management system.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science/Logistics or equivalent experience.
• An understanding of WMS and/or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Java, C# or Typescript.
• Fluency in Dutch and Swedish, spoken and written.

The role

As an Application Consultant at Extenda Retail, you will work closely with our clients and act as a product expert, helping them understand and make the most of our solution. You will work with well-known companies across logistics, retail and e-commerce, analyzing their needs and translating them into functional requirements that shape the solution. With a strong understanding of workflows, processes and the logistics industry, you will be at the heart of the business, helping our clients succeed.

You will contribute to our clients’ success by delivering a high level of service and developing a strong understanding of their business needs. You will have a direct impact on their day-to-day operations by helping develop and optimize their logistics flows. Working in cross-functional teams, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver solutions that create real value for our clients.
