Job summary

Accenture the Netherlands is seeking an AI Security (Senior) Consultant to lead client engagements focused on securing AI systems and advising across industries in the Netherlands. The role emphasizes translating complex AI security concepts to CISOs and working with engineering and MLOps teams to implement robust controls.

You will assess AI security frameworks, contribute to RFPs, and advance our AI security practice while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (computer science, cybersecurity, information security, AI, engineering, or similar).
• 3–6 years of experience in cybersecurity, technology consulting, security engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of AI security, ML/AI systems, and risk assessment; able to engage credibly with engineering/MLOps teams.
• Solid communication skills and ability to translate between technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client engagements across AI security assessment, advisory, and implementation support.
• Assess and improve the security of AI systems using frameworks like OWASP LLM Top 10 and MITRE ATLAS.
• Support AI-native security delivery and Cyber.AI deployments with engineers.
• Translate AI security risk to CISOs and translate controls for development teams.
• Translate regulatory requirements (DORA, NIS2, EU AI Act) into concrete client designs.
• Advise on securing AI across people, process, and technology, not just tech.
• Contribute to methodology, tooling, sector viewpoints, and proposals/RFPs.
