Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Product Owner/Manager to own the product vision for Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions, translating business requirements into features, user stories, and delivery priorities. You will lead products from discovery through deployment, collaborating with clients, stakeholders, architects, AI engineers, software developers and data teams.

You will apply LLM, RAG, AI agents and related techniques, define metrics for value, adoption, quality, and cost, ensure Responsible AI

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Significant experience as Product Owner/Manager delivering technology products
• Proven experience with Generative AI/Agentic AI solutions
• Strong understanding of LLM tech including RAG, embeddings, tools, prompt engineering
• Experience with Agile delivery and backlog management
• Knowledge of APIs, cloud architectures, enterprise integrations, modern software delivery
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Client-facing consulting experience is desirable
• Passion for AI-enabled business transformation

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions
• Translate business requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Lead products from discovery through development, deployment, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, architects, AI engineers, software developers, and data teams
• Apply LLM, RAG, AI agents, orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop knowledge to product capabilities
• Define and monitor metrics for business value, adoption, quality, reliability, cost, and AI performance
• Ensure adherence to Responsible AI, governance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and identify AI business-transformation opportunities
• Support business development, solution shaping, and proposition development within the AI practice
• Track Generative AI, Agentic AI, and cloud advancements and apply innovations to product strategy and delivery
