Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior AI/Software Engineer to design and deliver scalable enterprise AI architectures for LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI applications. You will build production-grade AI solutions using Python, LangChain, REST APIs, and microservices, and deploy them on Azure with Docker and Kubernetes.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers, and drive CI/CD, testing, and continuous improvement to ensure robust, enterprise-ready deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying enterprise AI solutions
• Strong Python programming skills
• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG and Agentic AI
• Practical knowledge of LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks
• Cloud experience (Azure) and containerization
• Familiarity with microservices architectures
• Proven track record taking AI solutions to production

Responsibilities

• Design scalable enterprise AI architectures for LLM, RAG, and agent-based apps
• Build production-ready AI apps using Python, LangChain, REST APIs, and microservices
• Develop and integrate LLM-powered solutions including RAG pipelines and AI agents
• Ensure secure, maintainable, scalable enterprise solutions
• Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor engineers
• Support delivery through CI/CD, testing, and continuous improvement
