Job summary

Super is creating The Playstack across Europe and Latin America, building AI-powered experiences for millions of users. We seek an AI Platform Engineer to design and operate core infrastructure, enabling product and engineering teams to leverage AI capabilities with confidence.

You will own end-to-end services on a Kubernetes-based cloud, contribute to context engineering, and mentor others while expanding AI adoption across the organisation. This is a senior/staff track role with high impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience building full-stack or backend-heavy product systems.
• 3+ years of cloud infrastructure experience including Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, and networking.
• Credible experience leveraging AI tools — including agents, SDKs, and coding assistants — to augment developer productivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate general-purpose AI platform infrastructure — MCP gateways, internal agentic platform, context services, SDKs and tooling.
• Build secure data-access and identity layers with proper access controls, auditing, and observability.
• Develop developer-facing tooling to enable product/engineering teams to build, deploy, and observe AI-powered workflows.
