Nebius is building a leading AI cloud platform and is seeking a Site Selection Manager to drive acquisition of AI infrastructure opportunities across the Americas. You will own market strategy, evaluate opportunities, and negotiate complex agreements with cross-functional teams.

This build-phase role focuses on scalable processes, speed, and long-term value, and requires experience in data center sites, real estate, and commercial negotiations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data center site selection, commercial real estate, infrastructure development.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, utility markets, land development, and commercial negotiations.
• Experience leading infrastructure or real estate transactions from opportunity identification through contract execution.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead acquisition of AI infrastructure opportunities across the Americas from market strategy through executed agreements.
• Develop regional acquisition strategies and maintain a pipeline of colocation, build-to-suit, and powered land opportunities.
• Lead negotiations across multiple commercial structures from initial engagement through signed agreements.
• Serve as transaction owner, leading cross-functional deal teams to keep parallel workstreams aligned and on schedule.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Engineering, Network, and Delivery to structure deals and manage risk.
