Job summary

YourCode Recruitment is partnering with an established software organisation to recruit a Senior AI Engineer in the North Brabant region of the Netherlands. The role focuses on shipping production-grade AI/LLM solutions and establishing scalable AI infrastructure, not just prototyping.

You will combine hands-on development with technical leadership across software, data, cloud and product teams, driving architecture decisions and engineering standards that scale AI across the company.

Qualifications

• Experience taking AI/ML solutions end-to-end into production.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI.
• Cloud experience, Azure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building production-ready AI and LLM applications
• Developing scalable AI infrastructure and deployment pipelines
• Designing and optimising RAG solutions
• Developing agent-based AI workflows
• Building evaluation frameworks for LLM and AI applications
• Writing high-quality, production-ready Python
• Working with MLOps / LLMOps, CI/CD and cloud infrastructure
• Working with Docker, Kubernetes and containerised environments
• Improving monitoring, observability, reliability and performance
• Contributing to AI architecture and technology decisions
• Establishing engineering standards and guiding other engineers
