Job summary

Anago is expanding its AI platform, and as Senior AI Engineer you will design, set up and advance Anago's AI platform across the organisation. You will build production AI/ML/LLM solutions with a focus on security, governance, and explainability while driving scalable architectures.

You will provide technical direction, lead AI adoption, and work hands-on in production to deliver reliable AI systems for public-sector customers, with hybrid work near Den Bosch.

Qualifications

• University (WO) level education
• 7+ years software engineering, 3+ years AI/ML/LLM in production
• Must live within 50% office presence of Den Bosch
• Experience designing and managing AI platforms at scale
• Experience with ML frameworks and MLOps tooling
• Experience with LLMOps tooling (LangFuse/LangSmith/LangChain)
• Cloud-native infra, preferably Azure
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Airflow
• Strong Python in production
• Software architecture, data structures, algorithms, API design
• Testability, maintainability, code quality and code reviews

Responsibilities

• Design, build, roll out and manage production AI systems
• Lead AI adoption direction and governance within Anago
• Ensure security, cost efficiency, explainability and continuity
• Translate complexity into practical, clear solutions
• Provide technical leadership and collaboration across teams
