Job summary

YourCode Recruitment is partnering with an established software organisation to recruit a Senior AI Engineer in the North Brabant region of the Netherlands. The role focuses on shipping production-grade AI/LLM solutions and establishing scalable AI infrastructure, not just prototyping.

You will combine hands-on development with technical leadership across software, data, cloud and product teams, driving architecture decisions and engineering standards that scale AI across the company.

Qualifications

• Experience taking AI/ML solutions end-to-end into production.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI.
• Cloud experience, Azure preferred.

YourCode Recruitment is working with an established software organisation to recruit a Senior AI Engineer to help shape and develop its growing AI capabilities.

This is a senior, hands‑on engineering position for someone who wants to do more than build prototypes.

You'll take ownership of designing, building and deploying production-grade AI and LLM solutions, while helping establish the architecture, engineering standards and infrastructure needed to scale AI across the organisation.

This is not a research-only role – the focus is on building AI solutions that make it into production.

The Role

What We're Looking For

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience taking AI/ML solutions end-to-end into production
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs / Generative AI
• Experience with RAG and/or AI agents
• MLOps and/or LLMOps experience
• Experience with LangChain, LangSmith, LangFuse or similar
• Cloud experience, ideally Azure
• Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD experience
• Strong software engineering and architecture fundamentals
• Experience guiding or mentoring other engineers
• The right to work in the Netherlands without employer sponsorship
• Ability to work on a hybrid basis in North Brabant
