Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and operate scalable chatbot and conversational AI solutions using LLMs and RAG.
• Develop secure, scalable APIs and backend services with authentication and integrations.
• Contribute to RAG architectures, embeddings, knowledge ingestion pipelines, and chatbot response optimisation.
• Deploy and operate cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable AI platform components.
