Job summary

Tribe28 is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents. You will shape conversational AI by developing secure, scalable solutions across multiple digital channels and mentoring colleagues within the team.

The role emphasizes agent orchestration, grounding, and API integrations with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure cloud services. You will implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to the evolution of the AI platform.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong understanding of agent orchestration, prompting, grounding, and API integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse and integration patterns.
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise solution design.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices, preferably using Azure DevOps.

In this role, you will help shape the future of conversational AI by creating intelligent, secure, and scalable solutions that improve customer experiences across multiple digital channels.

As an Agentic AI Engineer, you bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure, and AI orchestration to develop advanced conversational solutions while supporting and mentoring colleagues within the team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Copilot Studio agents for enterprise-scale customer interactions.
• Create secure, scalable, and reusable conversational AI components and architectures.
• Improve grounding, orchestration, and prompting strategies to increase answer accuracy and user satisfaction.
• Lead technical design decisions and provide architectural guidance across AI initiatives.
• Mentor and support Agent Makers through reviews, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Implement and maintain Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes.
• Build and manage Azure DevOps pipelines to enable reliable and repeatable deployments.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve agent performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of the conversational AI platform.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and providing technical leadership is a plus.
