Job summary

The role involves hands-on development, integrating multiple LLM providers, implementing RAG architectures, and delivering agents for SEO, content, recommendations, and design-to-dev briefs. Strong governance, security, and mentoring will be essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and building production AI agents and workflows.
• Experience with LLM architectures, RAG and vector databases.
• Strong API design and system integration capabilities.
• Familiarity with security, GDPR governance and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable AI platform underpinning future AI initiatives.

We're hiring for a Senior AI Engineer for a marketplace group. This is a hands on role role, not strategy or advisory. You'll be building the core infrastructure that powers conversational interfaces, AI agents and automated workflows across a portfolio of platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable, reusable AI platform as the foundation for all future AI initiatives
• Integrate multiple LLM providers into a central API layer owned by the client
• Implement RAG architecture and vector databases where required
• Build conversational AI interfaces covering knowledge retrieval, lead generation, recommendation engines and human handover
• Establish governance, GDPR compliance, security and access management, with full internal handover
• Set up monitoring, logging and operational oversight
• Coach internal developers and create reusable components to enable in-house AI capability
• Deliver initial agent builds: SEO & Content, Recommendation & Business Analyst, Design-to-Dev Briefing, and MVP Coding agents
