Job summary
Jobgether SRL, acting on behalf of a partner, seeks a Senior Automation & AI Implementation Specialist to drive AI adoption and workflow automation for a U.S.-based law firm. This remote role targets a highly autonomous tech professional who can identify inefficiencies and convert them into scalable solutions.
You'll assess processes, build AI-powered workflows, and connect key business apps to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Experience implementing workflow automation in law firms.
- Hands-on AI implementation and process optimization.
- Experience with large language models such as Claude or OpenAI.
- API, webhook, Zapier or n8n, or custom integrations.
- Experience with Clio and Lawmatics.
- Familiarity with Slack, Gmail, Dialpad, Hubstaff, and Agorapulse integrations.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent English communication with leadership.
Responsibilities
- Audit workflows to identify AI adoption opportunities.
- Design, build, and optimize AI-powered automations.
- Troubleshoot and improve automations for reliability.
- Develop integrations across Clio, Lawmatics, Slack, Gmail, etc.
- Build and manage automations with Zapier and n8n; customize when needed.
- Use APIs and webhooks to connect systems and create tools.
- Leverage LLMs (Claude/OpenAI) to accelerate development.
- Own projects end-to-end from design to deployment.
