Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Automation & AI Implementation Specialist to lead AI-powered workflow automation for a U.S.-based law firm.

This fully remote role in the Netherlands emphasizes autonomous design, end-to-end project ownership, and cross-application integrations with Clio, Lawmatics, and Slack. You will work with Claude Code and other LLM tools to accelerate development, troubleshoot systems, and implement scalable internal solutions while collaborating with firm leadership and

Qualifications

Experience implementing workflow automation and process improvements in professional services.
Hands-on AI implementation and operational optimization.
Experience using large language models like Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, or Gemini.
Experience integrating LLMs with APIs, webhooks, n8n, Zapier, or custom development.
Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools to troubleshoot and modify code.
Experience with Clio and Lawmatics.
Experience integrating Slack, Gmail, Dialpad, Hubstaff, Agorapulse, or similar tools.
Strong API, systems integration, and internal tool development knowledge.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Audit existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for AI adoption.
Design, build, implement, and optimize AI-powered workflows.
Troubleshoot and enhance automations for reliability.
Develop and maintain integrations across Clio, Lawmatics, Slack, Gmail, and other apps.
Build automation workflows using Zapier and n8n; customize when needed.
Use APIs and webhooks to connect systems and create internal tools.
Lead automation projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and remain reliable over time.
