Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house creative team.
• A portfolio demonstrating high-end motion work alongside examples of dynamic/programmatic creative projects.
• Proven track record of managing "Creative at Scale" (localizing content for multiple regions or AB testing).
• A "hacker" mindset—always looking for a way to automate a repetitive task.

Responsibilities

• Master Template Architecture: design and bulletproof complex After Effects templates with adaptable layouts for localization.
• Precision Localization: manage end-to-end rollout of global campaigns, handling language nuances.
• Workflow Automation: apply AI-assisted tools to connect data feeds to templates for high-volume renders.
• Asset Scaling & QA: maintain organized asset libraries and ensure all exports meet specs.
• Strategic Creative Development: design hero motion assets for scalable automated systems.
