Job summary

IFS is seeking hands-on engineers to build the intelligence behind AI-powered experiences. You will shape session memory, retrieval across manuals and documents, and multi-step agentic flows that operate on real systems with real users.

You will work with Go and Python in production, focus on latency and cost, and collaborate with DevOps, security, and data teams to deliver scalable AI-native solutions across tenants.

Qualifications

• Experience with S2S integration using tools like n8n, Temporal, MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or Boomi.
• Production backend experience with Go and Python; specifics on scale and traffic preferred.
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS on shared infrastructure.
• Experience with production-grade GenAI solutions, including RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and tooling such as LangChain and MCP.
• DevOps and cloud-native infra knowledge: Docker, Kubernetes, CNCF, CI/CD.
• Experience with API gateways, ideally Kong or Tyk, is a plus.
• Focus on latency, cost optimization, and specification-driven development.

Responsibilities

• Build session and memory models, retrieval across documents and own estate.
• Design agentic flows for multi-step tasks and tool usage.
• Implement evaluation harness to gate autonomy claims.
• Create language interfaces over scheduling and optimization engines.
• Ensure security, data residency, and guardrails with the security team.
• Support multi-tenancy and scalable AI-native product development.
• Collaborate across teams to deploy production-grade AI services.
