Qualifications

• 7+ years of software/Python engineering with leadership or architecture experience.
• Proven track record delivering Agentic AI solutions into production at scale.
• Hands-on expertise with LangGraph, LangChain and modern LLM architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of production-grade Agentic AI solutions.
• Define scalable architectures including LLMs, RAG, multi-agent workflows and tools.
• Lead and mentor engineers while staying hands-on in implementation.
• Take AI systems from 0 to production with reliability and impact.
