Job summary

Airbus Netherlands B.V. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead project realisation in the aerospace portfolio. You will report to the Director of Operations and guide a multifunction team of 5–15 people to deliver within scope, time, and budget.

The role requires 2–5+ years in a technical project lead role, strong English communication, and residency in the Netherlands. Dutch language is preferred; 40 hours per week, fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, and content of proposals for new contract opportunities.
• Develop, define, maintain, and execute the overall project plan (scope, schedule, budget).
• Ensure resources availability and maintain a motivated, high-performing project team.
• Establish and maintain project agreements with Work Package Managers and team members.
• Monitor and control project performance against plan, risk, cost, and schedule.
• Lead negotiations with clients regarding change requests and contractual implications.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify commercial opportunities within existing projects and the wider environment.
