Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, process improvement, and a clear understanding of IFRS and Dutch GAAP. The position involves managing full-cycle accounting, preparing statements and budgets, and supporting audits with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting.
• Familiar with IFRS and Dutch GAAP.
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s overall financial operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Manage full-cycle accounting: general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, month-end and year-end closing.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and laws.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely completion.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and compliance policies.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and analyses.
• Monitor cash flow, cost control, and financial performance.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
