Job summary

Prologis seeks a G&A Accountant to support accurate financial accounting for its European business based in Amsterdam. You will own G&A and non-operating expense accounting, ledgers, accruals, prepaids, payroll-related entries, and intercompany recharges, collaborating with multiple teams to explain variances and ensure timely reporting.

The role emphasizes process improvement, documentation, and alignment with both US GAAP and Local GAAP.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
• 1+ years of accounting experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Own core G&A and non-operating expense accounting activities.
• Record accruals, prepayments, payroll-related transactions and GL reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Intercompany, AP/AR, FP&A and other teams.
• Provide insights into variances and support internal reporting.
• Improve processes through documentation and efficiency projects.
