Job summary

Zeekr Europe seeks an experienced Buyer Accessories to shape and execute sourcing strategies for its commodity area across Europe and China. You will partner with Procurement, Accessories, R&D, Finance, and other teams to manage supplier selection, contracts, and commercial agreements, while driving cost, quality, delivery, and innovation outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of purchasing experience in a dynamic, fast-growing organization.
• Experience in a technical or industrial environment including cross-functional projects and PM activities.
• Proven track record delivering procurement results through spend management and supplier relationships.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills with long-term supplier partnerships.
• Excellent analytical capabilities to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to influence across multifunctional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• University degree in a related field (Procurement, Supply Chain, Business).
• Automotive industry experience and SAP familiarity are strong advantages.
• Proven ability to work in international, multicultural settings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to manage supplier selection, contracts, and commercial agreements.
• Drive procurement performance and KPIs: cost, quality, delivery, and innovation.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies and Commodity Business Plans.
• Lead end-to-end supplier negotiations and establish robust contracts.
• Continuously optimize supplier base to improve performance, quality, and cost.
• Collaborate with Geely Europe to share best practices and align sourcing.
• Engage with Geely China on product specs, requirements, and cost structures.
• Monitor market trends and supplier capabilities to manage risks and drive improvements.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to support accessory development.
