Job summary

Zeekr Europe seeks a senior professional to drive integration and alignment between Zeekr and Geely in Europe, reporting to the CMO and collaborating with the CEO and senior leadership. You will lead internal communications across EU HQ and regional markets, translating strategic priorities into structured plans, timelines, and deliverables, and supporting cross-brand initiatives across Europe and China.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in international business integration or executive communications.
Experience in global organizations across Europe and Asia.
Exceptional writing and content development for executive audiences.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

Drive execution of cross-brand workstreams (planning cycles, go-to-market alignment).
Translate priorities into structured plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate across teams to maintain momentum and resolve gaps.
Prepare clear materials to support leadership discussions.
Collaborate with Europe and China to ensure alignment.
Lead internal communications across EU HQ and regional markets.
Support leadership messaging, including town halls and updates.
Maintain messaging clarity and cadence across regions.
