Qualifications

• Strong experience providing 3rd line infrastructure or senior technical support.
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.
• Experience with Windows-based infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of networking including Fortinet / Fortigate firewalls.
• Experience working across hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support across infrastructure and systems.
• Support servers, networking, backup systems, and security tooling.
• Assess and identify opportunities for infrastructure improvement.
• Implement Microsoft tooling including Entra ID, Intune, and Defender.
• Support infrastructure rollout and troubleshooting across locations.
