Job summary

Octagon Professionals International, based in The Hague, seeks a 360 Recruitment Consultant to lead a desk end-to-end. You will win new clients in a defined market and deliver top professionals for permanent, contract and secondment roles.

You’ll operate across private sector and EU institutions, supported by an experienced international team. You will focus on business development, account growth, and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes while shaping your own market and leveraging

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in agency recruitment, with a 360 or business development focus.
Proven ability to win new clients and grow accounts.
Commercial mindset, target-driven with outbound focus.
Experience in permanent and/or contract recruitment.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Identify and win new clients across private sector and EU institutions via outbound calls, LinkedIn, networking and events.
Build and manage a pipeline of prospects; convert conversations into vacancies and signed agreements.
Negotiate terms and fees for permanent, contract and secondment placements.
Represent Octagon at industry events and build reputation as trusted partner.
