Job summary

Royal Den Hartogh is seeking a Regional Commercial Manager for South East Europe to drive new business in the Liquid Food segment. You will identify opportunities, build executive relationships, and expand our transport network across SEE markets.

You will travel regularly within SEE, collaborate with Pricing and Operations, and lead commercial proposals to grow our regional footprint.

Qualifications

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven professional who enjoys developing new business and building lasting customer relationships.
Experience in B2B sales within logistics, supply chain, tank transport, bulk logistics or related industries.
Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Identify, approach and acquire new customers within the South East European market.
Build and maintain relationships with Logistics Managers, Supply Chain Managers and other decision-makers.
Identify profitable spot transport opportunities and develop new transport flows.
Explore backhaul opportunities to improve network utilisation and reduce empty kilometres.
Develop understanding of regional logistics flows, customer locations and competitor activity.
Maintain active commercial pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term relationships.
Collaborate with Operations and Pricing to develop feasible solutions; support tenders and proposals.
