Job summary

Royal Den Hartogh is seeking a Regional Commercial Manager for South East Europe to strengthen our Liquid Food business. You will act as the commercial face in SEE, generating new business and expanding our transport network.

You will travel regularly, build relationships with decision-makers, and collaborate with Pricing, Operations and Tender teams to turn opportunities into profitable, sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a B2B commercial or sales role within logistics or related industries.
• Hunter mentality with proven ability to open doors and close new business.
• Strong knowledge of SEE logistics market and regional dynamics.
• Ability to translate opportunities into profitable transport solutions.
• Experience collaborating with Operations, Pricing or Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and acquire new customers within the SEE market.
• Build and maintain relationships with Logistics Managers and other decision-makers.
• Identify profitable spot transport opportunities and develop new flows.
• Explore backhaul opportunities to improve network utilization.
• Maintain an active commercial pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Operations and Pricing to deliver feasible solutions.
• Support tenders, commercial proposals and business cases.
• Share market intelligence and opportunities with internal stakeholders.
• Report progress and risks to the Regional Commercial Director.
