Job summary

Royal Den Hartogh Logistics is seeking a Regional Commercial Manager to strengthen its Liquid Food business across South East Europe. You will act as the commercial face in SEE, identifying opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and expanding the customer base and transport network.

You will work closely with PMC Commercial Managers, Operations and Pricing to turn opportunities into sustainable business, travel regularly, and drive growth in a dynamic international

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a B2B commercial or sales role within logistics or related industry.
• Strong hunter mentality with ability to open doors and close deals.
• Knowledge of South East European logistics market and regional dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and acquire new customers in SEE.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across logistics functions.
• Identify profitable transport opportunities and develop new flows.
• Collaborate with Operations and Pricing to create feasible solutions.
• Support tenders, proposals and business cases.
• Maintain an active commercial pipeline and report progress.
