Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Security TAM for Lightwell to serve as a trusted advisor and SME, interfacing with Lightwell customers and engineering teams. You will accelerate software lifecycles, mentor customer teams on security, and contribute to knowledge bases and solution patterns.

You will collaborate with product security, engineering, and support to resolve issues and develop customer engagement plans, with travel as required and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development, security, or engineering roles.
• Strategic advisory experience to senior IT/business executives.
• Knowledge of agile, scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
• Understanding of software supply chains and CI/CD.
• Experience with containerized and non-containerized deployments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with product security, partners, and customer security teams.
• Facilitate use of the Lightwell clearinghouse for triage and patching.
• Provide best practices for Lightwell remediated libraries in CI/CD.
• Develop customer engagement plans and respond to support requests.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve issues.
• Mentor customer teams on security best practices and contribute to knowledge base.
• Develop patterns to guide platform adoption and enterprise success.

Education

Associate’s, Bachelor’s degree, or higher in computer science or a technical discipline
