Job summary

Red Hat, Inc. is seeking a Security Technical Account Manager for Lightwell in the Netherlands. The role partners with engineering and product teams to accelerate software development lifecycles, patch management, and security best practices within customer environments.

Expected to mentor customer teams, contribute to knowledge bases, and develop reusable security patterns for long-term enterprise success. Willingness to travel internationally is required and Dutch language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development, security, or related roles.
• Experience advising senior IT/business executives.
• Familiar with agile, scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
• In-depth understanding of software supply chains and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with product security, partners, and customer security teams on security paradigms.
• Facilitate use of Lightwell clearinghouse for triage, patching, backporting.
• Provide best practices for Lightwell remediated libraries in SDLC.
• Develop customer engagement plans and respond to support requests.
• Collaborate with engineering to debug and resolve issues.
• Mentor customer teams on security best practices and contribute to knowledge base.
• Develop patterns to guide platform adoption and enterprise success.
