Job summary

Red Hat is seeking an experienced Territory Services Manager for the Netherlands to represent Red Hat Services within customer account teams. You will work with a range of stakeholders to understand business and technical needs, develop and present solutions, and drive customer success through consulting and training as part of Red Hat’s offerings.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple accounts, and coordinate discovery sessions to capture goals and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in field services sales and delivery.
• Consultative selling and professional services delivery.
• Executive relationship management with customers.
• Understanding customer business impact and financial implications.

Responsibilities

• Attend or host regular meetings with customers to build relationships.
• Analyze and strategize roadmaps to grow Red Hat services in the market.
• Develop partner relationships to broaden Red Hat’s services network.
• Grow bookings and revenue within assigned accounts.
• Coordinate discovery sessions to capture customer goals and opportunities.
• Lead responses to customer requirements and guide proposal approvals.
• Negotiate Services pricing, costs, and terms; manage margins.
• Ensure smooth handover to Services Delivery teams and participate in reviews.
• Identify complementary solutions with strategic partners and stakeholders.
• Provide revenue and booking forecasts for accounts and territories.
• Document best practices for reuse across EMEA and Global Services.
