Job summary

Gazelle Global in Amstelveen, Netherlands seeks a senior Issue Management Process Manager to own and mature the security Issue Management process. You will lead the Issue-to-Risk workflow, drive governance, and deliver risk-informed insights to senior leadership while aligning cross-functional stakeholders across CISO, Platform & Technology, and Cyber Risk Office.

You will guide the team, standardise review and escalation, and partner with risk managers to ensure that security issues receive

Qualifications

• Senior experience in IT security, risk management or governance.
• Ability to act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and as process owner for cross-domain topics.
• Strong understanding of Issue Management, Issue-to-Risk, 3-lines-of-defence, governance escalation and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the security scope of the Issue Management process.
• Lead maturation of the Issue-to-Risk process, including scope, governance, KPI and reporting.
• Standardise issue review assessment for first and second line with guidance and training.
• Ensure alignment between Issue Management, Risk Management and Resilience.
• Guide the team and stakeholders in risk-aware issue handling.
• Improve reporting, dashboards and KPIs for inflow, backlog, severity and remediation progress.
• Support roadmap formalisation and data quality improvements.
• Provide quarterly strategic insights influencing management decisions.
