Job summary

Kramp Group is seeking a Security Practice Lead to define security practices across its technology landscape. You will guide Product Teams, collaborate with Security and Platform Teams, and ensure security by design from design to delivery across applications, SaaS, APIs, infrastructure, and integrations.

You will report to the Head of Technology Platforms and work with Product Teams, Tech Leads, and Developers to translate security direction into practical ways of working, embedding security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, system implementation, application security, or a related role, with leadership or advisory experience.
• Experience defining or shaping a security engineering vision, strategy, or framework across multiple teams or an organisation.
• Proven experience with security-by-design, vulnerability management, security assessments and tooling across software, platforms or enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Kramp’s Security Engineering and Security Architecture principles and embed them across Product Teams.
• Define and drive security tooling and guardrails, including CI/CD controls, and guide response to findings.
• Oversee vulnerability management from scans, dependencies, and tests; translate findings into preventive controls.
