Job summary

Prodrive Technologies seeks an Enterprise Security Officer to strengthen the company-wide security framework across cyber, physical, and people security domains. The role focuses on governance, standards, and policy implementation within the Risk & Business Assurance function.

You will translate external regulations into practical controls, collaborate with Product, IT Security, HR, and facilities, and drive security-by-design across high-sensitivity programs and lifecycle projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Security / Cyber Security, Security Management, Risk Management, or Business Administration
• 4+ years of experience in information security, enterprise security, GRC or risk management
• Good understanding of security frameworks such as ABDO/ABRO, CCMS, or equivalent, ISO27001
• Experience in high-tech, semicon, defense/security infrastructure, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
• Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor or CISM preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Security Framework across cyber, physical, and people security domains
• Translate regulatory requirements into structured control sets and templates
• Lead governance, oversight, and assurance across security programs
• Embed security controls into end-to-end business processes with cross-functional teams
• Prepare reporting on security posture, risks, and compliance for Management and governance bodies
