Job summary

NN Group in the Netherlands is seeking a proactive security officer to drive the management of information security risks with a data-driven focus. You will work in the CISO department to enable NN to become data-driven, leveraging data lakes and PowerBI to automate and improve stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities include maintaining security standards, automating processes, and guiding risk assessments while communicating effectively with management and DevOps teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with security and risk processes and procedures.
• Strong communication skills to align with management and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex security topics to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain IT security standards and processes across NN Group.
• Optimize procedures and automate to increase quality and reduce complexity.
• Develop data-driven security reporting with PowerBI insights for stakeholders.
• Drive and report on central security improvement initiatives across NN Group.
• Convey messages to management and DevOps teams to ensure buy-in.
• Contribute to security risk assessments and automation strategy with the team.
