Job summary

PFSCM, an affiliate of JSI, with an operational office in Woerden, NL, seeks a Data Officer to design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models. You will write optimized SQL, enforce data accuracy, and collaborate with the Lead Data Analyst and stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights.

The role focuses on data quality, operational reporting, and ad-hoc data requests, while supporting SOPs and master data governance within a cross-functional team in the PMO-NL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years in data analysis, master data management, or operations.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, and basic SQL skills; English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Write optimized SQL queries and construct star schemas.
• Ensure data accuracy across reporting platforms.
• Support monthly/quarterly reporting and ad-hoc data requests.
• Maintain master data tables and data dictionaries.
• Document data methodologies and SOPs; assist with data quality initiatives.
